Automated speaking machine which may be used in physical therapy for paraffin procedures. It may be used also in the production of paraffin items. The machine has a 24-hour operation mode. It includes warming up of the paraffin melting tank several hours before start of work. It sterilizes the whole quantity of paraffin (100-140°C) and in 2-3 hours the paraffin is cooled and ready for use.
The built-in computer maintains the pre-set working parameters of the machine. At the beginning of the working day the staff must only push the buttons to start filling the tank and the computer will fill it up to the pre-set level. The machine`s voice informs the operator when the tank is filled up. All six tanks are arranged uncovered on a shelf where in 15-20 minutes the paraffin sets and is ready to be used for the patients.
The machine automates the working process, cuts electricity consumption, prevents the staff from burning, maintains the set temperatures, warns of deviations from the operation mode and optimizes the work of the staff by taking over the function of filling the tanks and continuously providing information about the working process.
